Product Design Research

We are building our vehicles by studying how people actually use, repair, modify, and depend on their vehicles in the real world. The purpose of our Product Design Research form is to collect feedback from drivers, mechanics, racers, and everyday owners so we can understand what truly matters to the people who rely on their vehicles every day.

This research is not about marketing or selling features. It is about identifying real problems, real frustrations, and real needs so we can design vehicles that are easier to maintain, easier to repair, longer lasting, and more useful over time. Many modern vehicles are difficult to service, expensive to repair, and designed in ways that limit ownership. Our goal is to use real feedback from real people to move in a different direction.

The information we collect will be used to guide long-term product design decisions, including serviceability, parts accessibility, tool requirements, modularity, durability, and overall ownership experience. In simple terms, we are trying to learn what makes a vehicle worth owning for 10, 20, or even 30 years.

Even if you never own one of our vehicles, the goal of this research is to produce ideas, standards, and design philosophies that make vehicles better for everyone. If the research helps improve repairability, reduce ownership costs, or make vehicles last longer, then the research has done its job.

This form is one of the most important parts of our entire project, because the best vehicles are not designed in a boardroom, they are designed by listening to the people who drive them, fix them, and depend on them.
